He did say the wagon interface, and not boat/ship. Not a bug (at this time).

I'd have to read the thread again to see what jorb said about the matter, because I believe it was brought up.

there is always a possibility that devs were so overloaded with work, they don't have time to check that ships have "cargo" option instead of "open"
