Right. I've always just used the :lo console command myself, so I didn't think about it. You're right that it should be added, probably along with access to the Options window.

Sure works for me. :lo cs doesn't exist, the closest alternative is :act lo cs, which initiates the controlled logout sequences once you're actually logged in on a character, but since that's an in-game action, it wouldn't work on the character select screen.
