Wishbones not considered fine bone

Not sure how this happened but when trying to make beast rings all combinations of wolf fang, boar tusk, shells work but wishbones under any circumstance doesnt work. its like for my guy wishbones arent considered fine bones. Thing is I was able to make rings from wishbones earlier in the games.

Aw yes that was the conclusion I came to but people suggested it may also be a bug. Thank you
