jorb, shoppe item gone for good and i want it back

i applied sketchbook to change indoor colour of the door, but after that, when i went outside and came back the colour came back to original colour.
since applying sketchbook in other houses such as great hall works fine, this must be a bug and i want my sketchbook back.
its paid item. i can't just let it go thinking i was unlucky.
this happened 6th april 06:00 pm and you can check the log.

Sorry, i couldn't find that post before. it seems to be my fault then. and i couldn't find my post so i thought it is deleted.
