Bought Hat Cant Claim

Purchased hat from store went to hf clicked receive items nothing happens, ive got a verified account so i have been able to get my green hat before but i click receive he goes to it and nothing happens ive tried moving my hf i have tried diff clients i have re -logged nothing works.

Also reported here. I have the newest hat and my HF still works fine, both on Ender's and default client.
