Cart gets left behind on biome change

It seems like this is a known issue from over a year ago, but sometimes it's good to remind that it's still a problem.

Quite often, when you cross from a biome to another, the carts gets left behind as if it got stuck. You don't get any message about it, and there's no real obstacle blocking it.

This is extremely annoying, especially if you move around using the larger map. It really needs to be fixed.
