Might as well either have pickaxe read as "increases attack cooldowns by 15%" instead of "Attack cooldown: 115%" or preferably just change cutblade/b12 to read with the new better format.

Might as well either have pickaxe read as "increases attack cooldowns by 15%" instead of "Attack cooldown: 115%" or preferably just change cutblade/b12 to read with the new better format.
