Seriously, its been about 4 months since I last saw a beaver dungeon on the continent i'm playing on. What gives?

New dungeons only spawn to the extent that existing ones are cleared.

Do dungeons share the local pool mechanic or are they globally? It might be something to consider changing it to per-continent in that case based on continent size or something?
