Buildings on surveyed land

My slave built a house over the flag of a surveyd land .... now we cannot survey the area anymore cause it says:" the area is already being surveyed" or something like that .... what you think? any quick fix? Wrecking ball time?
About the bug, should not be possible to build over surveyed lands.

Use the bad (which actually the best) camera and get inside the model of the house and try to right click the flag
:cam bad
to revert back to your default camera
:cam ortho
or to have it ortho and unlocked
:cam ortho -f
:cam bad
to revert back to your default camera
