Whenever you treat a wound with an elixir (and it doesn't get converted), if you had multiple of the same wound, the treatment will be split equally between all wounds of the same type, as intended. However if one of the wounds get treated, and more elixir is applied, it will still be split between all wounds, even though there will be wounds that are fully treated by then.

Example, you have 2 Deep Cut wounds, one at 20 and the other at 10 points. You drink a dose of an elixir that heals 10 Deep Cut. The one with 20 points of damage will have 5 treatment, while the other with 10 will have 5. Drinking a second dose will bring it both to 10 treatment, making the second one fully treated. However if you drink a third dose, the first wounds will still only have 15 treatment, and the other half will be lost, since the second wound already has as much treatment as it will need.

I assume this is a bug, but disregard this post if this is how it's intended to work.
