Not able to harvest harvestable salt node

There is a salt node in L1 that upon inspection shows salt in it and visually shows salt in it but will not allow me to collect it as "You have already collected this". If someone else attempts to harvest it, they are able to. This node has been emptied and refilled but doesn't let the same character harvest it twice in a row.

Not an bug, apparently it is an attempt to prevent alting/botting recources, you have to collect an other recource in between collecting 2 timees from the same one.
