Taming bug

Taming a horse, just did the 3rd round of fighting it but forgot to pick rope up. In the 10 seconds or so it took me to pick the rope up the horse took bleeding damage and then refused to be leashed with "the animal thrashes wildly". this is bullshit, lost 3 days of taming because of a bleed tick.

Just had it happen again with a sheep, had 85 taming points, entire tame ruined. This is getting old fast.

This is not a bug. Taming process is one of gentle taps with your fist on animal's nose. Which means, punch only. If you go at it with sword or obsidian knife, expect leaky holes.

Except some animals have armor so a punch simply isn't enough. This absolutely should be considered a bug, its ridiculous that 3 seconds after taming an animal became untameable because it took a tiny bit of bleed damage after it had been beaten to within an inch of its life.

You are weak. You need to falcon punch it. Skill issue.
