Unable to log in to Haven and hearth with this Account

I have a account with a lowercase username and when I log in I get the message:
Exception: PXIX path building failed: Sun.security.provider.certpath. SunCertpathbuilderexception: Unable to find valid
I tried logging in on different launchers and computers
