Tree`s hasn`t seeds after grown

I planted several batches of 4 trees each. With an interval of 1 real day. But when they grew, some trees did not have seeds and/or leaves. I noticed such a problem in the last two or three days.
Trees grow inside the Palisade. There is a lock on the gate. Guest gates without locks. There were no signs of forced entry. The mine has no access to the cave. The character has the entire branch of forestry skills
