FEP not increasing while eating any food

My FEP won't increase anymore and I've tried food that I haven't eaten before that had 0% satiation. This is only character specific as my other characters FEP works just fine. I've tried this on the normal client, Kami, and Yorkpasta. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I don't want to start my main character over.

Using table to feast = always gain FEP and Hunger.

Otherwise you only gain energy if under 8000% energy.

Definitely not a bug lol. Just me now knowing the under 8000% energy thing.

That change was very much needed - even if you used "slave alts" for stuff like digging soil and chopping trees, many other activities couldn't be as easily outsourced. These could drain your Energy and force you to gobble food in wilderness, without a table, to not starve.

The problem: it was added last minute - nowhere in-game is it explained. Even in the forums, it's only present in this buried Loftar post.
