White truffles not findable with 50+ snout

I've made it my mission this world to find the azure truffle, but I can't even find a white truffle. Last spin I took outside was with a 53 snout pig and it couldn't find anything except brown truffles. In retrospect, I haven't heard of anyone finding white truffles in years, mostly because with the advent of +2 foods and powercreep they're not really worth pushing snout for (browns work fine and take almost 0 investment). Fair enough: It takes a couple months of breeding to get to the old value people reported finding them at (30-40ish range). I haven't heard anything about them since the seasons update (truffles released 2018, seasons 2020). I even took my pigs out in fall which is when IRL white truffles are harvested.

Are they bugged and not spawning? I'm living on the very outer fringe of the world with 0 people nearby so I know it's not a local node getting depleted issue. (Useless trivia: 53 snout took me about 150-200 man hours working on pigs since world up give or take without using bots)

Did not recorded any time I spent on this, but I also made a decision it does not worth searching.

Well if someone's at least seen them, I guess I'll chock it up to "seasons or biomes or some shiz I dunno" then.

(whites totally aren't worth it, I'm just 4 months deep and wanted to see some benefit from my work lol)

Just to mention they can only be found during autumn season, since initially all truffles spawned only on autumn, and only black truffles were buffed to be found all seasons

Yep, was hunting whites during autumn specifically. Might be biome, maybe "only hunting for an hour" wasn't enough.
