Springwater Bug or Exploit? 505 Quality

A friend of mine shared an image of 505q spring water his trading partner was using to make soap clay. With water being 270+ higher than usual, it would still need to have been 235q pre-water buff. Is this even possible? I don't recall seeing 200+ springwater in any world. I sent a dm to both Loftar and Jorb asking about it, but no one responded. I don't know if this is a bug or an exploit. I haven't tried "dig deeper" on spring water heads to see if that's possible. But I don't think it's an intended obtainable quality.

Spring water is double the quality of the water node it's on. It's just a weird side effect of the water buff jorb and loftar did.
