Not sure if they do some drifting even when docked?

Only way to check if a Knarr is properly "moored" is to right-click it and see if "unmoor" option appears (with Snekkja, you can try to use "Destroy" on it - if there's zero response to the clicking ie. no movement, no error message, then the Snekkja is immune to hand-bashing due to the "moored" status.)

If you teleport while in the boat to your hearth, the moment you teleport the boat will turn towards where you landed and automatically unmoor your boat. You have to be outside of the boat when you hearth back or you have to deal with a boat that's never moored

Eh? If what you're saying is true, just sail the ship away from the dock and moor it manually by right-clicking the dock?

thx for replies, I ctrl+click to disembark before hearthing, then check for the "unmoor" petal

seems its drifting and undocking at the same time, tested on a couple docks, its very strange, I even think it fixed itself once, but maybe I'm triping
