Immovable garden pots

Postby Tranceporter » Wed Sep 17, 2025 5:44 pm

I accidentally made an immovable object.

I've quickly clicked over the ready garden pots while they were in the kiln. They dropped on the ground under the character, all in one place. Now they clip through each other and can't be interacted with.
When I click to try to lift them, character comes closer, but then, it seems, the model of one pot prevents interacting with the other and the character drops the action.
I've tried destroying them, the same happens - models interfere with each other, the action drops.
I've tried picking them up from a horseback, still the same behavior.

So now I have what looks like a single pot, but actually three of them melded into one. They have the hitbox, but can't be interacted with.

They won't ever decay, because they're furniture and they're on my claim.
I don't know of any area damage effect in the game that could hit them (AFAIK wrecking ball would affect buildings only; not sure about catapult or whatever else endgame things might exist).

I've been told in the area chat that this trick could be potentially used to grief bases by making invulnerable walls of these pots.
And they clutter up my farm.
Pls fix.

Wrecking Ball reaches and destroys 'em just fine. Maybe animal attacks too

Collision box consistency is still an issue indeed

Anytime one has hitbox trouble while horse mounted, dismount and use bare heartling.

I am either doing something wrong or wrecking ball wasn't able to target the pot.

It destroyed that fence in one swing, the pot(s) still stand.

Cool Meatball. I believe it misses pots tho: looks like their bounding boxes (which are tiny) aren't intersected with the wrecking ball's middle line
