Can't launch game: loading launcher-ext.jar timeouts

When trying to launch vanilla client, it fails on "Checkong laucher-ext.jar" with the following trace

That could be just me (connecting from Russia without VPN), but also could be general trouble.

I also noticed your new SSL cert on https:// game. havenandhearth. com/ looks untrusted to my browser (and it looks self-signed to me).

The problem was indeed with ISP etc., works fine with VPN. Still no idea how to combat this VPN-less, your TLS patch won't work at this stage.

Will try to mirror the files and re-route requests via etc/hosts and report if that works
