game logout during "map load"

hi, found i cant enter to the game, i can login, can pick my character, after that i have black screen with "map data loading" text, with all interface working (i can see abilities, skills, quests, etc), and then, in few seconds - game returns me into lobby(where you enter login and password). 9 hours ago everything was ok. i tried official client and hurricane.
i play from Russia without vpn, as i see - there are another players from Russian Federation. is it my problem or common?

Today in 2:40 am the game became unavailable without a VPN using tunneling technology. At least in moscow it became like that

oh, it works again without any vpn, i had to buy foreign dedicated server to setup vpn, and now all works fine without vpn =)
