"Last online" minor display glitch

If a described toon never seen before and set to a color in the Kin list, it will display a peculiar "last online" time - 2926 weeks ago, which is roughly 56 years and 3 weeks, which sets the "last online" date to the beginning of january of 1970.

Is that linked to jorb's birth date?
Is that when the simulation we're all in booted up?
Is that an arbitrary number with no meaning whatsoever?
Is there even a meaning to life?

Who's to say.

seems in Java, "new Date(0)" is January 1, 1970 UTC
