Are you sure that it's not a mining quest that requires delivery to an underground rock?

Yep; It was a frog that was on the over world; (even checked all cave levels to be sure we didn't respawn something with the same name)

Mystic, Quarryman, and PearlDiver have all pointed me to deliver X to this dead frog.
