I think these should be end-game enemies. Attracted to large cities, high level players, and gold, it's attack the bases and destroy the shield before destroying the base. Of course you can kill it, but that'd be extremely hard without alot of people, since their power would scale depending on the size of city, players within, and amount of valuables. Catapults and a new build called a Ballista could be made, specifically for fighting dragons, could be built on stone towers for range. Dragon's stats would scale drastically, and would spawn in mountains, and head towards strong people and areas, so nabs don't get burnt alive.

Just thought this would be cool cause Nordic mythology has dragons.

I like this idea but also make it so you can make dragonbone gear or stuff so that theres insentive to actually kill it instead of just rebuilding elsewhere if you are plagued by dragons. Also, make it so that there are dragon nets so you can capture and tame one but make this the most fucking risky maneuver in the game. Like make it so that if you attempt to net one and fail your char recieves 300% damage from that dragons next attack and make it so that it keeps its stats while taming so that you would need multiple people teaming together to try and tame it but make it so that once its tame you can ride (not attack) with it to make travel alot easier. I think this could really fix some of the lack of end game content.

Taming Dragons would be like taming trolls, like how? I was thinking just Dragon Scales for some decent armor that doesn't drop Agi, bones could have some curios to them, but bone weapons? Like really, Skyrim much?

First of all yes like skyrim very much. Second the reason i suggested taming a dragon is because its something that end game players could do that's infinitaley risky and that has great end game advantages. Yes taming them would be unimaginably difficult but that's good that's something this game needs. Something that only the best can do so that the best keep playing instead of quit after a month when they have done something and yes i doubt 1 man could tame a dragon it would probably take multiple people which makes it that much harder to do. But seriously at this point we need something for the large factions to do otherwise they will jsut keep quitting.

Old concept sprite by jorb from like 2009. He wrote some stuff on them raiding villages or something in some post but I can't find where it is, or if it's still even around.

Ultimately unless we can find someway for this mob to change things in end-game. Like let it drop something that will help you advance to a new level of development or something then it won't be implemented. Jorb&Loftar aren't looking for just another mob they're looking for one that could be a short fix for the games biggest problem right now which is lack of end-game content.
