Personal quest givers

Postby Potjeh » Wed Jan 11, 2017 2:53 am

So I've noticed that people are killing quest givers to reduce traffic in their area, which has lost me like half a dozen quests that I only had to report in :/ So I was thinking, what if quest givers weren't shared globally, but instead each character had his own unique set? This should also help against people walling off quest givers.

I would much rather prefer to use their shared nature to try and encourage social interactions in some way.

Can you make them more common than? I have to go like 7 minimaps+ to get to my closest questgiver.

How about leaving crime scents if you kill a questgiver? That'll encourage interaction

I also am very much for this. xD Or make it that the options to chop or chip quest givers is disabled to prevent people from intentionally killing them off. I'm also having this issue.. I wanted to try and do these quests but either the quest giver was behind a wall or they were killed off. So I'm very much for leaving murder scents or something for killing a quest giver. ;p

Scents don't matter if you can easily make an alt to kill quest giver.
How about the spirit inhabits another nearby tree/stump/rock if the original body of quest giver is destroyed.

Yes, this seems a good solution ... only atm questing is going to die out completely at this rate and then there will be no interactions from it as no-one will be doing them or able to do them.
