Personal Claims & VC

I've got an issue:
On the begining of the world we build some small palisade - about 50x50 square. We didnt have LP to completely claim it, so we claimed only about 1/2 of it and one of us was waiting untill he will gather more LP. Next day, some "friendly" people claimed one of our gates demanding for declaim their claim some $$. So we decided to collect more LP and build VC to declaim foreign claim. But afterall we can not declaim it - cause it was build BEFORE we started VC... as the info about Declaiming says.

In my opinion this is some kind of issue that will be disturbing others enjoying the game (Like the indestructible leanto on the beginning of the world... )

So my idea is - all claims can be declaimed by lawspeaker if they are on his VC area.

Feel sorry for you guys, but such such thing opens way for too many abuses IMHO. And i think devs would agree. Can't you just gather and ram their claim down?

What kind of abuses? I see that it is done by game mechanics (as you cannot declaim only PC that are older than your VC) but nothing comes to my mind.

Wrong. They can be destroyed using a ram.

I think this is the 3rd report of blocking claim griefing I've seen/heard of. Took a little longer than I predicted.
