Object on your Claim?

Postby Robben_DuMarsch » Thu Sep 17, 2015 5:37 pm

From New Brodgar chat:
"there should be a dismantle ability
tear something down and get some of the resources back"

Give it some time limit or some other limiting mechanic to restrict ab000se. But yeah, having to destroy all these annoying soak items on your claim or even just regular items that hit 0 HP and vaporize themselves.... I think it can be improved as a gameplay mechanic.

This would require that we specify per object what you can recover from it, and also that we save the individual items that went into the object's construction, and we do not want to do that.

Fair that you don't want to do either of these, for very good reason.

A separate proposal, then, is the possibility of making it easier for claim owners to dismantle objects on their claim with soak. I seem to recall you posting somewhere earlier that you were considering that already, though.
