Village message board

Ingame object you interact with, could be made by village leader only.

Lets you leave messages to your offline village members without the need of another program.
(or just add it to a village chat feature, village leader/people with right privilege can set it so everyone sees the message on login in village.)

I'd much rather just have a message of the day for villagers. Far more convenient, might actually be used by villages with >5 people, though they'll still use skype until message logs are saved in village chat.
