Current character model looks ugly

Postby Hibiki » Thu Nov 19, 2015 7:18 am

The 2D version had like, idk, anime style? Characters were not so fat, they were faceless (the current model has face, so everyone look the same) make the character faceless and more slim. I actually drew a little picture of how i see these two versions. It would be just great if you make characters NOT FAT again.

Most muscle looking character types in 3d games I have seen for the muscle type of build, all seemed to look bad.

Though I would love to see a hearthling look more muscler based on there Str score.... does not need to be that bad. Just a little more physical difference.

But then you could say they need to get bulkier based on there con, or thinner based off there agility and dex... ect....

To do it right it would take a lot of work. The make them walks walls of muscle, does not work with me sorry.

You don't know what that word means, do you?

The face is the only thing that's really... bad. Jorb clearly tried something different, but it turned out to be one angry face and one inconsistent face.

My issue with how they look is the opposite of fat, at least on the female char, she has an impossibly small waist which more or less disappears entirely when mining, lol, and then chunky calves which just make her look odd.

The faces on both are just dreadful ... I can't draw faces either though, so I sympathise with Jorb.

I do agree some character customizing would be cool.
