Hotkeys

Add a keyboard command for back in the craft/build menu and let craft/build second sections in the hotkey bar. Ex. Put processing and materials in a hotkey and shift backspace or something to backtrack the craft menu.

Trying to understand....

Hot key for back is backspace.
Hot key for adventure is A
Build B
Craft C

if you hover over the images they have a highlighted letter- that being their hotkey.

the menus are already sorted fine as they are now, unless your have a reason for removing crafted items out of the crafted area?
the best solution is to move the commonly crafted item you make to your number hot bar.
