Wheelbarrows & Theft

Make it so the action of simply right clicking a wheelbarrow does not leave a theft scent until you leave the claim with it or do something with its contents or other stockpiles. Left one earlier because I accidentally clicked a wheelbarrow. Was kind of annoying.
