Nigbane summoning requirements

All resources are claimed at the moment, meaning that if you die you would need to leave vandalism on another character to get the materials needed to attempt revenge; putting yourself in a position to be open to revenge from others

ALSO consider this, your main (and only) character has just died and you now have no skills or discoveries. They killed you using leeches instead of murdering you themselves, so now you have about 2 days to: inherit, discover metal, discover wax, go search the map for the rare resource, find an unclaimed resource and then hope that it has at least 1 item to gather from it, summon MAYBE 1-2 ghosts.

It's so fucking broken I don't even know what to say other than that nigbanes requiring rare resources is retarded and it should have been fixed on MONDAY

My fishing alt was killed but it was literally a fresh spawn that bought fishing and was handed a pole, the other scents are from me roaming my grid looking for this rare resource to summon on the first guy :evil:

Im a bit torn over the banes. On the plus side it might work as a deterent for griefers/raiders. On the other side it makes you think twice about taking revenge by actually using old game play by attacking in person..

I agree with OP, Nidbanes requiring uncomon items is pretty dumb.. it takes away from casuals and hermits being able to get some type of revenge after being destroyed by a raider.

Not to mention that you now have to discover charter stones before being able to use them now, so not only would you have to go out and find them yourself, you would have to have an established trade route before you could even trade for them.

The old recipe was just fine, please change it back.

If you're holding a murder scent to the perp and find him you should be able to attack and KO him without leaving battery, and right clicking the scent onto his KO'd corpse should kill him
I tracked a guy right to a house that he was afk in beside the river and couldn't do anything about it :'(

what's it take to make a nidbane? is it brimstone?

cause that would be a big nerf to them, make them almost not a worry unless against a village

I believe it's the old materials (wax, and metal being the hard parts) + the smoke from the grey vagina node
