Any of that games on the market or published? Would love to check them out as reference. Are these games multiplayer or an mmorpg?
From my limited knowledge, a single player game can takes years already to develop but multi and mmo they take a lot longer and thus I tolerate the speed of haven dev at the moment. I'm not an expert but from my experience backing or following other early access games they take ages and are not as fun as current haven, so yeah.

Really? You're astonished? Their updates before the reset were mediocre at best and people were really starting to get bored of the lack of end-game content (something which hasn't even changed at this point by the way) and were complaining quite often and in my opinion they took the option that should have been their last resort and used it as their first.

They have not tested out the new siege mechanics to any reasonable extent and they stated this. I am highly skeptical of the resources and even more so with their change to disallow claiming and what they have added lately is the equivalent of zero more minutes of fun during the end-game stages.

Remember these updates ? Good updates with fixes, content and interesting things to come. Many of those interesting things never came to fruition either.
