Seasons

To bring in some kind of life and difference, i would like a lot a season change mod, with winters that won't let farm some kind of veggies, animals that spawns more and others that do not spawn at all. This will bring a good difference for the game style, as we'll need to store up some goods for the rigid winters, while we delay mining or carpentry to the days in wich is too cold to farm.

as cool as it would be to have seasons, this sounds like a way of punishing farmers for no reason. there needs to be some sort of awesome winter animals or foragables that make up for the inability to farm...

i did not said that farmers cannot farm in winter, but there should be farmable veggies for winter: some lettuces, beetroots, even pumpkins and more may be harvestable or farmed in winter (some species only in winter), cabbages...it's definitely possible to have much to do even in winter time for a farmer, after all you have to prepare food, flour and such!
