Just have a new bait type of slurry. We can shove in some worms, endtrails, intestines, old fish, old meat, maybe even some broken hopes and dreams.

Throw the slurry in a bucket, and then "use" the bucket on the fish area. It just allows you to fish for X period of time, based on the quality.
