alternate rowboat: fishing boat.

i doubt theres much demand for this, but iv always wanted one. i want a rowboat that differs in appearance, and you cannot place liftable items into it. instead it has a built in 10x10 storage that only accepts fish. you fill it up with some water (20-30l?) in order to use it. a good way to store those large catches without having to head to the shore to cycle through chests all the time. hell throw in a small tackle box thats built in to. for storing string hooks lures bait ect. maybe make that 4x4. just right click and choose either "open livewell" or "open tacklebox"

yanno i should have mentioned that the storage sizes arnt set in stone, nor is the tacklebox a requirement for me to enjoy the boat. suggest whatever changes you want.

Sounds nice, but doubt it'll be that useful seeing as fishing isn't too popular of an activity imo.

i enjoy it and so does a villagemate of mine, practicly all he does. it'l be useful to ME so im suggesting it.

edit: while im on the subject id like to complain about lure fishing though. its tedius and frustrating at the worst of times and boring at the best. jorbtar must have been smoking something strong to ever think the lure fishing system was a good idea. by comparison, i can chat with my pals while bait fishing, but lure fishing forces me to pay attention. and i can never figure out what i need to do exactly to get a fish. the damn correct direction on each action seems to change with each bite.

Yeah, i love fishing. I feel this would be a nice addition.
Total misplay.

This would be nice. maybe build in the worm bucket that TurtleSir mentioned a few weeks back. We make a slurry of bait, put it in storage in the boat... shazam, it uses the boat storage for input of fish and output of bait.

Sounds good, i like

It's interesting to me that nets have never been developed as yet.

However, +1 for a fishing boat that holds fish - as long as I can carry it alone.

thats the idea. its not supposed to be bigger or smaller than a rowboat, just a different purpose.

classic rowboats will still be the boat of choice to hunt from. with their two liftable item slots. fishing boats wouldnt take away from that.

One thing imo that would make fishing less agony is to be able to directly access crates/chests from your boat storage, while you're in the boat.
