Agility Delta Cap

Does anyone else feel like the lack of an agility delta cap is kind of crazy? Like, I had a bat machine-gunning moves at me because I was wearing armor and only had 1 agility. I can only imagine when the troll spawns with 1000 agility and hits me 10x before I can do one move is going to be great.

Agility is practically the only stat that matters in combat, which is dumb.

I'd like to see combat intensity return, with higher intensity favouring higher agility.
That way it'd be at least feasible to fight someone with higher agility than you provided you can manage the intensity.
Might be a $100% dumb idea though, I haven't done much PvP outside of sparring.
