But you must accept that majority of the users probably dont care about your ideology and are just going to use unsafe HTTP because their browsers complain about your certificate.

While true, we also don't exactly do online banking over here. That being said, it's not like I'm entirely denying that there is a problem, I just need some time to accept the big CA cock. I also know that the LetsEncrypt guys have also expressed their dislike of the PKI, so I've kind of been holding out hope that they might do something about it.
