Whey is a product, which could be received after milk curding. Also, would be cool if will be produced with butter too.
Some cool recipes could be created from it, as well as one more cheese - ricotta.

As my villages primary cook im always down for more food complexity, and the introduction of whey could add a lot to the game. +1

Bump. I made cheese recently, whey kind of a big deal and it feels pretty wasteful to throw it away. From what I understand whey can be used as a substitute for buttermilk and buttermilk can pretty much be used as a fatty milk, whey could be just be another kind of milk. Only problem I see is I have no idea how it could fit into the game, my only idea which is more annoying than fun would be all curds need to be pressed but that's also not very realistic. I feel like cheese making would need an overhaul.
