global chat or realm chat (public) fix

Many players are aware of the public chat being filled with bots, as well as restricting who can even use the realms public chat.
i purpose 1 of 2 changes, wither implementing a world/global chat for all players or remove the restrictions (not slow mode) from the public realm chats.
as when your players can not communicate it makes the game less fun and causes people to stop playing and stop supporting the game.

yes, this is probably the 10th thread made about it, you'll be lucky if this doesn't just get merged with one of the other whiner threads

Again, you are probably the 10th person to suggest such a thing.

What you and the other whiners fail to realize is that the realm chat is a privilege. It's not available during the first many months of a world, and historically there have been way larger areas of the world without realm coverage, many, many hundreds of players have experienced entire worlds without a realm chat or a public chat, as recently as last world. You don't need a global chat, you just want revenge because you were banned from a realmchat for breaking rules.

I see you communicating on discord all the time, you literally had your own discord for your village and a googledocs and you are posting here right now, why do you also need an ingame public chat?
