These are not good refutations.
If a griefer is blocking your boat, u can buy rage and fight him. How would u deal with a griefer before? U buy rage and fight him.

For the point about punching your animals. You can literally make them move 200 tiles away at any time?

How to prevent people from destroying quest givers? What? Were quest givers ever safe?

Please give some proper refutations, or people are gonna think you are my own alt who is posing me softballs for me to punt.
Early world exploit: Put your hearthfire inside a cave, then hold shift to position a claim right in front of a cave. After 8 hours the claim will be unbreakable. Since your hearthfire is inside the cave, you can still get back inside, and leave, but nobody will be able to enter, effectively making you unraidable for the first 3-7 days. Enjoy

I don't know enough about PvP to really chime in on that subject, but I do think the best idea out of this discussion is the idea of semi temporary ownership for objects like carts, and boats ect.
