-1 Since it completely removes possibility of running out of water midfight so you have to run down enemy till he have no energy everytime.

this one is such a no brainer.
It helps pvper , noobs to have a slight chance against them and who never carry that much water, im one of them.
It makes no sense realistcaly to force people to carry that much water either.
So why is it not a thing?
