The 4 great npcs and maybe others

Could we see the return of the legacy trio from the character creator? Like in the actual game world as npcs and also wizard too from current haven character creator. So 4 npcs into the game world, either wondering or stationary. I guess wondering and random encounters would be better, but not sure if 4 nps per character or maybe better 4 npcs per world. Since I am thinking that maybe if devs decided to do wondering then 4 npcs per character or multiples of the 4 npcs like dryads, or have them stationary in each world and any other npcs from legacy worlds if there were more.
