buckets are terrible on your storage. i'd rather have a pile of buckets that i can pull from. maybe it seems silly, and it is, but many silly things are good and useful.

I think the point of glass jugs was to be a sort of improvement over buckets in that regard. Do glass jugs stop liquids from turning into vinegar?

i have not dedicated the effort to test that, to be honest
buckets are much cheaper though
