Problem saving the map on a PC or laptop.

An error occurred whilst exporting the map in the game

mapfile warning: error when loading segment 6b102036816b512f: haven.Message$For matError: Unknown segment data version: 0

Could you tell me what the problem might be, and how to fix it?

What client are you using?

I hesitated to say anything because I wasn't absolutely sure, but I've also heard map export/import feature currently has a "Loftar bug" but Hurricane has it patched.
