Reduce Dream Catcher time

Dreamcatchers take ages to get a dream. I don't see a good reason for it to be this long.

It's super easy to craft, dreams don't decay, and you can move your HF as many times as you want if you have dreams stored.
So why not shorten the timer? 10 minutes would already be plenty.
