How about adding a cute Hedgehog with an apple, it could work like Jackalope in legacy. It should be pretty good curio and pretty rare.

I think that the idea of curios are "interesting" or "peculiar" things that we study (aka contemplate). So sticking an apple to the back of a hedgehog ourselves isn't as curious or peculiar than finding one with an apple already sticked to its back. So yeah, this could be a nice rare curio
