I've been playing a lot of Stardew Valley lately, and I realized what Haven desperately needs: Waifus (and husbandos for you other types)!
I think this would be a great and immersive feature to keep players interested and playing the game. There are so many amazing ways this could be implemented and accomplished I believe the brilliant minds of jorb and Loftar are up to the task.

I think we already have features for this. You can read about it on wikipedia.

Hmm... it is hard to argue the merits of 3d over superior 2d waifus.

Yes, this 3D waifu is pig disgusting. 2D is pure and gentle and never will be betrayer.

First I had to google "Stardew Valley". Didn't help much. Then I had to google "waifu". The only thing I can suggest is move this thread from C&I to the inn, this was borderline since OP, now it doesn't have any ideas at all.
And I personally think that
