When used, allows for the player to lift large boulders and empty wooden carts overhead (allowing you to port home with them)
Mining speed is boosted by 10% for the duration and destroying objects adds 1 extra damage tick to your tool (Example: stone axe does 2 dmg instead of 1, pickaxe does 4 instead of 3, sledge does 5 instead of 4)

The ability shouldn't be useable in combat (that goes for the snuff too), apart from that a nice idea.

Boar Snuff needs to come back but needs a big buff, effects should last for about 1-2 minutes instead of 10 seconds.

I don't see how lifting objects, mining faster and destroying quicker for 20 seconds has any affect on combat

I see hearth magic as a small quality of life buff at the cost of xp, not something that is a must-have on your hotbar or that will give a large edge. Lifting knars and oxcarts would be a little too OP for a 2000 xp spend imo
