Add measurement cup(s)

So we can put precise amounts of liquids in containers.

Reasonable mechanic for this suggestion (which would lead to more clickiness, so a measurement cup is better)

Good idea!

Maybe we can use the jars in that way too ... I hate having those jars with no use what-so-ever, every time we get something new like the healing ointments I keep trying to see if they will go in there, lol.

( pls Jorb/Loftar give them a use. :D )

Guess what idea just came into my mind!
Cannot believe that we still don't have these.

It could be like, a bucket-like-item, and when you would transfer some bucket-able thing into it, a dialog would pop up, asking how much you want to transfer.
Why separate, you ask?
Well, it would be annoying to have this dialog come up with normal bucket, and hearthlings for sure cannot make accurate measurements without measuring cup.

There are not that many times I really have needed a measurement tool in haven since recipes pull exact amount. Would be a cool thing to add to a low priority list.

Trading an exact amount of something. Quality specific mixing too. Equally filling all your containers that require a liquid so one isn't completely full while the ones filled second or last aren't half empty or almost empty.

As somebody mentioned earlier: trading is major use case.
And sometimes you have barrel of some liquid somewhere and you want to craft only 3 things, but not near the barrel. So you would only want for example 0.60 liters of the liquid to take with you.

so just use a wooden cup?

We have enough different sized liquid containers that I don’t think this is an issue.

You cannot put most liquids in wooden cup, like flours etc.
